NEXT DYNAMIC APNEA PERFORMANCE CAMP – 11 – 14 OF JUNE 2026
This intensive four-day curriculum is designed to elevate the freediver’s proficiency in all three dynamic apnea disciplines: Dynamic with Bi-fins (DYNb), Dynamic No-Fins (DNF), and Dynamic with Monofin (DYN).
Beyond stroke correction, this workshop focuses on the biomechanics of prime mover muscles, the fundamentals of training periodisation, competition protocols and improving your mental approach to freediving. Participants will depart with a personalised roadmap for future training.
Prerequisites: Level 1 Freediving Certification (any freediving agency).
Duration: 4 days
Maximum group size: 4 people
Price: 6000 Thai Baht (50% deposit, not refundable)
